The strength behind the electric cooperative system lies in a human network of highly trained individuals. Minnesota electric cooperatives employ about 2,400 people around the state and offer a wide variety of career opportunities.

Opportunities range from technical occupations such as engineering, construction and line work, to positions in clerical, secretarial, financial and administrative areas. Also included are careers in information technology, member services, human resources, public and community relations and energy management.
